Our First Christmas at Home

This was our first Christmas in Arizona…and I think it was a great one!  While we didn’t spend it with family, we did spend it with some great friends.   I ended up cooking Christmas dinner for 8 adults & 3 kids…  The girls slept in until 9, which they never do…then we opened our presents from Santa.  The girls were so busy with their new toys from Santa that we didn’t just rip into the other presents.  They ended up making their presents last all day, which I thought was great.  I always think you spend all of that time & money & 10 minutes later it’s all over.  This way I feel like it was fun for them the whole day.
